Passion is always a good thing.

I use workshops and group coaching to help people connect - with each other, with their employees, and with their ideal clients.

Here's a bit about me:

We’ve all attended workshops that are boring, poorly run, or feel like Death By Powerpoint.

But a good workshop or group coaching program
…that makes people feel safe to share their stories
…that works with different learning styles
…that keeps people engaged and entertained

can be truly transformational.

I know because that’s how clients describe my work. The biggest compliment I receive is when clients say I bring fresh air to the corporate space or when people walk past my workshops and ask “Why were you all laughing so much in there?!” (Which is not the sort of feedback you usually hear about corporate training!).

I lead workshops and group coaching on several topics - and EDI-type training called Bringing Your Whole Self to Work, employee wellbeing, building deep connections at work, and self-awareness among others. Everything I do pulls 20+ years of experience in facilitation, coaching, human resource management, experiential design - which means my programs and courses truly affect change. I’ve worked with clients like Lactalis, PepsiCo, Labatt, McGill University, as well as start-ups, small businesses, and online entrepreneurs.

Taking part in my workshops and coaching has helped my clients feel clear, connected, confident, and prepared as they work towards challenging the status quo and having braver conversations.

When I consult on workshop creation, I’ve watched my clients launch workshops that advance their careers and land new projects. Coaching clients through the nitty gritty of leading those workshops - what to say and when - makes a sometimes overwhelming experience easy and even, sometimes, fun.

If your team needs help becoming more cohesive and inclusive I can create or facilitate a workshop or group coaching program to make that happen.

And if you have a big workshop inside of you that is bursting to come out and you don’t know where to start, or you’re mostly there but need a little nudge of confidence - I can help with that, too.
